Our Dentists

Dr. Connolly is born and raised in P.E.I, he attended school in Charlottetown, PE and graduated from UPEI in 1984, he went on to continue his education at Dalhousie University where he graduated from Dentistry in 1988.

Dr. Connolly has been a practicing dentist for over 34 years at Belvedere Dental. He is involved in various activities within the community and in the dental profession with DAPEI, DCPEI & CDA. He is a life long continuing education advocate and student. He enjoys working as part of the dental team, which ultimately benefits the patient and improves their dental experience.

In his free time Dr. Connolly likes to read, travel and spend time with his family.

Dr. Robinson is born and raised in rural PEI. He received his BSc from UNB in 1989, he then went on to obtain his DDS at Dalhousie University in 1993. He practiced in Summerside before he moved to the Belvedere Dental Clinic in 1999.

When not at the office you will usually find Dr. Robinson at the golf course or watching a hockey game.

Dr. Mullins attended Dalhousie University and graduated with his DDS in 1988. Once graduated, he practiced dentistry in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia for 31 years. Dr. Mullins then retired to PEI with his wife, where he decided to join the Belvedere Dental Clinic on a part-time basis.

In his free time Dr. Mullins can be found spending time on the golf course, enjoying outdoor activities, and visiting with his 4 sons and his grandchildren.

Dr. Norton hails from eastern PEI and boasts an impressive educational journey, culminating in a Bachelor of Science from UPEI, a Master’s of Public Health from Memorial University, and finally, a DDS from Dalhousie University, where she graduated in 2024. Her commitment to community extends beyond academia, as she actively participates in organizations like Special Smiles (Special Olympics) and the Canadian Society for Disabilities and Oral Health.

Dr. Norton loves interacting with and educating patients about oral health and dentistry in general. Her primary focus is to work with patients and help them achieve the best dental health possible. She is excited to return to PEI full-time to provide dental care for all ages.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever and enjoying the PEI trails and beaches.
